RG2228 - I never though they would do it but Ibanez releases a production 8 string model. This was the hit of the Ibanez booth at NAMM07. Everybody either had to pick it up and play it, pretend to play it, or pose for pictures with it. Everytime I rebuild one of these I find myself having a lot of fun when I play test it, and I have absolutely NO idea what I'm doing with it!! ;)
