RGPR1 - Texas Special, Exc +++, several fog spots all about all that keep it from mint. There are 6 on the back butt edge, 3 of them have associated finish cracks, there is a fog spot on the edge of the trem cavity in the back, a tiny one on the back point of the lower horn, and another small on on the bottom side of the lower horn. Some very light swirling in the pick scratch area, otherwise this guitar is super clean. Like all Texas Specials these are pure J Custom shop including J Custom AANJ. RGPR2 - Texas Special, 12 of each model made, the full run bought by GC for their Texas stares. Badged Prestige but neck pockets clearly marked JC Shop. Purple quilt maple top, full abalone purfling around body, bound neck and head, ebony with offset dots, HSH with Dimarzio TZ, BV, and AN. Very clean face with light overall cleaning scratches and swirls in the pick scratch area, one small narrow 2mm ding 2" above the trem, there are several dings on the back, the largest about 4mm long, the smallest 1mm, a small ding on the side near the jack, and 4 small fog spots between the jack and strap pin.. RGPR3 - Texas Special, Exc condition with a 3mm ding on the bottom side and a couple short cracks on the back edge. Shipped without bagging the trem bar which ended up on top of the body of course leaving 22 tiny dings on the upper horn and 2 below the pickups. There are 3 more tiny dings beside the tone knob but I'm betting they were already there. Light swirls in the pick scratch area. Detail pics here. RG7CT - Near Mint, some light fingernail scratching and a few very minor small dimples, a few very minor fog spots, only concern is a wayward extra tail strap pin hole between the butt pin and the output jack [looks factory with clear impression from the felt pad, WTF?!] go figure. RG7CT - Killer flame top CT, the top is near flawless with a tiny depression with no crack or dink. The back is in player condition, a few small dinks, 2 small chips, but overall it's covered with buckle worming and scratching with associated fog spots from the worming. Eh, it's the back ;) Top side of the upper horn has a finish crack and fog spot. They only made 24 of these CT's and these were made when the Prestige models were actually made in the J Custom shop. RG2120KKB - Excellent +++ Super sweet flame koa on this one. These are faked 4mm tops that are actually 1mm thick. Body is extremely clean with near flawless top, just light fingernail scratching, a short impressed scratch on the top back side near the contour, a scratch around the jack, and a scuff on the bottom side, clean back. The hardware definitely showing salt corrosion with white spotting to the tops of the saddles, and the tops of the speed knobs wiped [these will be replaced]. The headstock has a small bruise on the top side that left a tiny circle ding on the top edge, and another impressed line on the bottom of the tip. RG2120KKB - This guitar would be Near Dead Mint except for the cosmo wear on the trem, otherwise only the most minimal signs of use are evident. Nice fine line broken flame Koa top. RG2680MDBK - Mint minus, for the 3 finish cracks on and near the tip of the headstock and a few light wiping scratches, otherwise this 2680 is super clean and has a sweet flame top and head. MAPLE fretboard, Lo Pro and Dimarzio's [probable PAF's]. The serial number gives away it's J Custom shop build even though it's badged Prestige. RG2720QMVV - 2004 SAMPLE [Prototype] in Mint -, all I could find was a factory flaw on the top edge of the bridge pickup rout, probably from a miss on installation, and a small back edge flake opposite the lower strap pin. Rosewood board wizard neck with abalone dots, Dimarzio/IBZ's, Edge Pro, faked 4mm quilt top that is actually 1mm thick. RGA321FBX - Basically a brand new guitar with a blem repair. There's a touch up of what was probably a small chip on the face about 1" from the bass edge of the bridge, that also caused a finish crack that runs toward the bridge about 1/4", and the associated light swirling from the buffing after the repair on an area around the touch up.. There's also a tiny 1/2mm ding in the pickscratch area. In very good setup so sold AS IS. ** $1150** GONE**

RGT220A - Brand New, but off the rack. Of course I was buying new untouched, I got this. A series of small depressions on the front side upper horn, and another right on the edge, with a "line" depression about 1" long in the belly cut on the back. Otherwise "new". RGT220A - Brand New, but, again. Sent as a replacement for the one above. Ya just have to hate guitar dealers sometimes don't you?! A thin 1/2" ling depression on the lower horn, and another on the back of the upper horn with a very short one next to it. It also has a headstock blem that was not uncommon on these matte heads [I returned my share] where the blem was lightly "polished" creating a larger spot of polishing on the matte face. RG3120LTW - LEFTY!! 3120L in Excellent +. It does have a 2.5mm ding on the top arm contour, pretty much just the circle crack, and a 2mm back bottom edge ding. There is "something" on the back bottom edge of the lower horn, it's hard and I don't know if it will come off or not and is of unknown substance. Some light finish wear to the lo E saddle and a light scratch in the belly contour, virtually no fretwear. In RG50L case with a few tolex ticks. RG2027XVV - Exc - 2027 with super clean top and sides [even though it's dusty and filthy in the pics, there is no damage or wear]. It's only issues are on the back and back butt edge with a large chip near the jack cover, a circle crack beside it, and a small 3mm chip nearer the strap pin. Aside from a tiny 1mm mark on the edge of the belly contour at the upper horn and another at the back edge of the belly contour, there is a hair of light rivet scratching on the trem cover and paint just off it. There is a hair of swirling in the pickscratch area but nothing i could say was a pick or fingernail scratch. No wear, no fretwear, etc, but does have a 5mm NJFC bass side. RG2027 - Player condition. This was a Japan market release color TKF and it�s a very thin finish so you see a lot of edge rubbing wear as well as deep wear below the bridge pickup. Plenty of dings and marks, scratches, fairly large chip to the edge of the headstock, with tons of pictures show everything. Medium fretwear from 4-14. RG2027XVV - Excellent condition, very clean face with only scattered light pick scratches, 1 line impression and a tiny 1mm impression.. Has 3 dinks and a chip [next to trem cavity] on the back and a 6in. long impression "line" that resembles a scratch but didn't remove any clear to make one, ending in a 1/2 finish crack. RG770DXRR - OK, technically not a Prestige, although I believe Ibanez has called them that. Continuing with brokering a couple more guitars for a client that bought them all from GC for a collection. It's dead mint and untouched, until he caught the case latch putting it back in the case after inspection and put a 1cm round chip off the back bottom edge. RGR1570SDB - BRAND NEW - No issues, I'm just feeling lazy and don't feel like making up all the pages I'd need to put this on my NEW page!! Especially since I only have one. RG1550CA - Japan only release in Exc. It would have been Mint minus but it was shipped unboxed, unpadded, and the case rails took a shot that got to the body. On the top side there are 2 1" long finish cracks cause by this, otherwise it's super clean with only a minimum of fingernail scratching on the guard [I put more swirl scratching on it wiping the fingerprints off of it] and a couple of string change scratches on the headstock. Only minutes of playtime, no wear, no fretwear. In M100C that's seen better days and is missing center latch.** $725 AS IS** or $950 Pro rebuild with licking stud mod** GONE** THANKS MIKE** 10/10/08

HRG71BTB - Near Mint store only model made for [I think] Ikebe. It has a 1mm mark on the side and a 3mm finish crack on the back right at the end of a cliplock scuff, all caused by the blue cliplock that's on it of course. Otherwise it's flawless with zero fretwear. The pics make it look way too light blue. Even the one without flash looks too light blue, it's definitely a darker blue making the burnt marks blend in much better. It is cased but in a non Ibanez case that is only good for protection during shipping [after I pack it correctly inside of course].** $1125 setup, or $1225 with fret level and enhanced fret end finishing** GONE** THANKS MIKE** 8/13/08

RG970XL - Dead Mint and brand new 27" scale Prestige baritone 6 string. Quite rare and never seen in the US. HSH direct mount Dimarzio's, PAF Pro neck, Blue Velvet single, Tone Zone bridge. Bound head, neck, and body, rosewood board with offset dots. Color is BKF - Black Flat and is fitted with Powder Coat hardware. RG970XL - 6 string extended 27" scale guitar, the twin to the 1077 but in black pearl. The face looks super clean except for a scratch or finish crack on the edge of the arm contour, and pimpling to the trem and greening in the grooves of the speed knobs. There are plenty of little dings and finish crack on the sides, the only thing sizeable is a 6mm chip on the corner of the belly cut. There are 2 more tiny back edge chips, the rest are just small dings and finish cracks with a couple edge bruises. Headstock is perfect and there is no fretwear. RG1077XL - Exc ++++ rare overseas black model. The only flaws on the front are typical swirling below the pickups and spiderweb scratching from cleaning a black guitar. The back bottom edge has a series of tiny edge finish cracks from brushing against something, and a very thin edge chip off the point of the belly cut. There is some light spider type scratching over/around the trem cover on the back, 1/4" NJFC bass side, and a couple light impressions in the back of the neck.. The PC hardware is showing surface buildup common to PC that's left near salty air [bought from Japan] and the bass side of the trem is looking light from me cleaning the buildup off. AR2000VV - Excellent +, Nice flame top 2000 with a couple small blems to the top. A "scuff" best to let the pics describe, and a 1.5mm circle crack/ding. On the back is a 2.5mm ding on the edge, and some light rivet or button trails in the center of the back. A scuff on the back edge of the headstock end, some gold wear to the bass side of the bridge, and spotting corrosion to the pickup covers. STW - Exc., 6/7 double neck, 6 string Lo Pro w/locking nut and 7 with string through and regular nut. There's a series of finish cracks on the front top edge and a small patch of rivet rash on the back near the 7 plate. Detail pics here. S5470TKS - Basically Mint except it had a back edge chip by the butt strap pin that took off about 1" of the edge. Other than that there are maybe 10 fingernail scratches on the paint and another 10 on the treble side of the neck mp/u mounting ring. No fretwear, no other issues. S2540NT - One of the few S models I actually love, this one has an especially nice quilted sapele mahogany body. It's in Exc with a 3mm fog/ding down by the bottom edge binding, a small <2mm fog behind the trem, and even smaller lighter fog about 2" above that. Normal light surface scratching of a played guitar, very little fretwear, but acidic corrosion to the lower saddles on the trem and the treble side of the bridge mounting ring. Dimarzio cliplock installed. In good Fender gig bag. AS IS for $1050, or, cleaned, dolled, and pro setup for $1250** GONE** THANKS DAYNE** 7/5/07

S2540 - Near Mint, I'm no big fan of S models but even I have to admit, these are nice!! And unlike a J Custom these have inlays! ;-) Only very slight surface/wiping scratches keep it from being Mint. Detail pics here. This S5407 is not something I'd normally carry but I had complaints of a lack of 7's.. I also know it doesn't belong on the Prestige page but I wasn't going to make a separate page for it.

S5407BK - 91' HSS 7 string in Super Clean, there's one tiny 1.5mm chip on the very edge of the jack insert shaft [which is black itself so you don't see the chip] with 4 tiny 1mm doink circle cracks, a 5mm finish crack on the back of the top edge, and a "cut" [scratch?] on the back of the neck behind the 1st fret that's 3/4" long and can't be felt with your hand. No play wear at all, crisp hardware, and a super neck. Uncased.** $875** GONE** THANKS VLADIMIRr** 12/14/05

AF207BS - Near Mint with some fingernail/pick scratching on the guard, some super fine scratching on the back probably from a shirt button or similar [although it could be from being uncased], some pimpling on the butt end of the tailpiece around the strap pin, and what appears to be a touched up ding on the back of the headstock next to the low B tuner [pics with 300w halogen straight on it and much less noticeable than shown]. These were expensive guitars when released and the ones I've seen sell tell me they have a strong following as all are near $2000. Not to mention they're very classy with the rosewood mounting ring and bridge with block inlayed ebony fretboard. I will set this up but it has a fairly new set of flat wounds on it which I do not have so it'll probably ship with the current steel on it.
