This is my home phone so absolutely NO CALLS BEFORE 11AM, and NO CALLS AFTER CLOSING!! If you call outside of posted business hours you will be hung up on, and my caller ID will tell me exactly who called if you try calling back later!! I typically work late into the wee hours of the morning but consider after 9PM my time, so do not call except during business hours!!!

If you call at any time that is NOT normal business hours, do NOT CALL BACK!!! Not tomorrow, not next week, not next year!!! Not to sound like a total prick but if I had $1 for every time somebody woke me up at 6AM, or called during SEX, I wouldn't still be in this business!

If the answering machine picks up feel free to leave a message, but you'll have to try and call later, I typically do NOT RETURN CALLS. West coast and International callers PLEASE refer to the running clock above for the CURRENT Eastern Standard Time. I answer email 18 hours or more every day. I respond to emails extremely fast and you will usually have an answer in your box before your computer checks for incoming mail :-) But there are times I turn it off! Yes, I do leave the house, I do sleep, and there are times when I don't want to be disturbed! If you have LOTS of questions I prefer you call, contrary to popular opinions I HATE TO TYPE!
