PHONE

This is my home phone so please respect that and call during the posted business hours only. You wouldn't want to be called at 1AM any more than I do, and you have no idea how many times it's happened. Contrary to popular belief, I actually do sleep, and occasionally I may spank a willing female and would prefer to not be disturbed. My personal friends and family know they can call me anytime, but this is business, please conduct it during the posted times. I usually work till near dawn, so calling even at 11AM will be waking me up. Feel free to, it is during my business hours, but do not expect coherent intelligence until sometime after Noon.

If the answering machine picks up feel free to leave a message. I typically do not return calls on parts inquires, which is why I ask these to be sent by email if I don't answer the phone, or call back and catch me in, I'm rarely out. When I walk into the office I'll probably have 30 emails waiting and the phone ringing again. I try to return all enquires about guitars as timely as possible. I never return calls about Vintage Ibanez, or Acoustics. I don't handle them, and only know enough about them to know I really don't know anything. As an authorized dealer on the "Electric" program, I can order anything electric guitar and bass, but I have very limited knowledge in the non - Japanese products, and even less in basses. On these, I can give you the best prices, but I can't offer the most comprehensive knowledge of the intricate details. I have unparalleled knowledge in all aspects of the guitars and parts that I keep in inventory, new and used.

Nuff said, here's the number, hidden at the bottom so hopefully you've read the drivel above. (856)468-3922

EMAIL

I answer email 18 hours or more every day. I respond to emails extremely fast and you will usually have an answer in your box before your computer checks for incoming mail :-) But there are times I turn it off! Yes, I do leave the house, I do sleep, and there are times when I don't want to be disturbed! If you have LOTS of questions I prefer you call, and bottom line I don't think any of you like typing any more than I do. But typing is a huge part of an internet business, and I will typically reply to several hundred emails every day. I reply to so many emails you will find my answers short and to the point. If you want greetings, platitudes, or any of the rest of the drivel usually attached as signature files, thanking you for checking out my site, or for writing me in relation to your questions about Ibanez guitars, there won't be any. Consider this all of the above -

"Thank you for visiting IbanezRules.com, and for considering me as the source for your Ibanez needs. I hope to be able to serve you as I would want to be served. Your business is very important to me, as is your complete satisfaction. If there is anything I can do to make your experience better in any way, please let me know. I hope that every interaction meets your expectations, and that every purchase is the first of many as your needs dictate."

This is a one man operation and between answering email, the phone, filling orders, packing, shipping, administrative, accounting, acquisitions, surfing, shopping, and let's not forget, actually working on guitars, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, you might begin to understand why a 2 fingered typer will give short replies, that will probably include several spelling errors. My apologies in advance to those that want or expect something more, but until you walk in my shoes, please don't judge. Your business is very important to me, but so is my sanity ;o}
