RGD

The RGD is a line of extended scale guitars based on the RG shape. The D stands for Drop Tuning [or D Tuning]. With it's no nonsense metal vibe, dual pickup with volume only control, they've also beveled the top leading edge which give the RG shape a completely new aggressive look. Many have said they're stealing this from Ernie Ball, but I dare you to find an EB that looks this metal. They have a 26.5" scale length to keep the lower frets just a little less spread apart, and will come factory downtuned to D. One of the features of the RGD is the is the extended shaping to the back of the lower cutaway, and the rounded shaping of the back side of the lower horn. I've only seen these on John Petrucci LACS custom builds and here 10 years later it finds it's way into regular production.

RGD2120ZISH - The 2120 changes color to the Invisible Shadow of the 2127. 5 piece maple/walnut Wizard Prestige neck with 26.5" scale length, Basswood body, jumbo frets, dot inlays on a rosewood board, Edge Zero bridge w/ ZPS3, V7 Custom nec, and V8 Custom bridge pickups, factory tuned to D A F C G D. I didn't get the rounded lower horn on the CSM but it is the same as on the 2127 here

RGD2127ZISH - The 7 string version of the new RGD series. 5 piece maple/wenge Wizard-7 Prestige neck with 26.5" scale length, Basswood body, jumbo frets, dot inlays on a rosewood board, Edge Zero 7 bridge w/ ZPS3, V77 Custom nec, and V87 Custom bridge pickups, factory tuned to D A F C G D A.
